Structural engineering for large-scale logistics facilities in Malaysia

Blueprints and load-bearing analysis for warehouses that carry real weight

Christophesavery prepares strict structural drawings and verifies load paths for distribution centers and high-bay storage buildings. We work from the first site survey to the final steel connection detail, so the structure matches the demands of automated racking, heavy forklift traffic, and wide clear spans.

Scope notes and definitions that apply to every structural package we issue. Read these before relying on a drawing set.

Terms that keep the drawings unambiguous

Load assumptionsAll blueprints are calculated for dead, live, wind, and seismic loads per Malaysian standards. If your racking layout changes after sign-off, the load path must be rechecked before installation begins.

Soil conditionsFoundation designs assume the soil parameters stated in the geotechnical report supplied at the start of the project. Different bearing strata or groundwater levels require a revised footing design.

Steel gradesMember sizes and connection details reference the steel grades listed on each drawing. Substituting a lower grade without approval voids the structural warranty for that element.

Coordination with MEPPenetrations for ducts, conduits, and sprinkler lines must be coordinated before fabrication. Unplanned openings in beams or shear walls are not covered by our analysis.

Site supervisionOur liability applies to the issued design. We recommend a site inspection during concrete placement and steel erection to confirm the work matches the approved drawings.

Revision controlOnly the latest revision of each sheet is valid. Contractors must confirm they are building from the current issue, not an earlier draft or a marked-up copy.
